This page explains what data this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you fill in the sign-up form: first name, last name, email, country, the programmes you’re interested in, the site language and, if you give them, your phone number, your Telegram username and your Vantage account number. For tournament notifications: your email only.
Your IP address is used in memory to limit abusive submissions. It is not stored.
Why
To send you your next steps, to check a deposit so you can get access to the signals, and to contact you about your request. The legal basis is your consent, given through the checkbox on the form.
Who receives it
Yassine FX. Emails are sent by the Resend service, based in the United States. The data is stored on our server. It is neither sold nor rented. Pages are served directly by our server, which uses your IP address only while answering you, without recording it.
Third-party content
The charts and the price ticker are provided by TradingView, which may set its own cookies. The links to Vantage, Futures Learn and Telegram lead to sites that have their own policies.
How long we keep it
24 months after your last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent, by writing to @yassinefx30 on Telegram. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL in France or the CNDP in Morocco.
